What is a teething mitten and how does it work?

It is a soft silicone mitt your baby wears on their hand, with textured soothing surfaces to gnaw on for gum relief. Because the mitten is worn rather than held, it cannot be dropped or thrown like a handheld teether, a real advantage before your baby has a steady grasp.

What age is a teething mitten for?

A mitt teether shines in the early months, when gums ache but hands cannot yet hold a toy reliably. Our silicone teething mitten fits wrists from 3.5" to 4.7" and comes two to a pack, so there is a spare while one is in the wash.

What does food grade silicone actually mean?
