Olababy Return and Refund Policy
For Purchases from Olababy.us
We offer returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Returns without an original receipt or proof of purchase cannot be accepted.

Process: To initiate a return, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting sales@olababy.us or calling (503) 893-8363. Returns must include the RMA number and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Damaged, modified, or missing parts (not due to Olababy’s error).
- Products showing signs of misuse, negligence, or improper operation.
Shipping Damage: If your product is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, including shipping.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of your refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, check with your bank and credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@olababy.us.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email pr@olababy.us and send your item to: 8239 SW Cirrus Dr, Beaverton, OR 97008.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for the returned item. If the gift was not marked, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- For returns over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
For Purchases from Other Retailers
Products bought through our online or brick-and-mortar retail partners must be returned or exchanged through that retailer, following their specific return policy.
